Plot Summary:On Carly's Birthday, Spencer makes her a special birthday present. But she left it plugged in and when she smells fire, she finds out that her room is on fire and once the fire is put out and she finds out her room is gone. Then when spencer finds a very expensive necklace that belonged to a relative and it was a worth a lot of money. So then Spencer surprised Carly with a whole Brand-New-Room!
