Plot Summary:HELEN BELIEVE tracks Helen Maroulis, America's first female Olympic gold medalist in freestyle wrestling (Rio '16), from being the best wrestler in the world into a series of concussions, forced retirement and institutionalization, through her PTSD struggles and eventually into her comeback at the Tokyo Olympics and World Championships in Oslo.
